Dinner at a great price. Falafel pita with your choice of yummy sides. The pita is light and fluffy filled with 4 tasty falafel balls, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce sautéed eggplant. Hummus is slathered on the pita so everything stays in its place and tzatziki sauce is over the top. The combo is divine especially when you have been craving it for a long time. Only problem it is extremely noisy because of all the families that come her for a relatively inexpensive dinner
In person this is a 5 star experience. Service is swift and the food is hyper fresh, like grown in heaven's garden fresh, but such is the Kosher experience in general. I've had the mixed grill kabab, hummus, and falafel, hand cut fries and all are divine. The help yourself pickle bar is a thing of pure palette tingling indulgence that I am truly appreciative of. The prices are a bit heavy but as an occasional indulgence of superior quality with 2 meal worthy portions sizes, it's an absolutely justifiable investment.
Pita Plus never disappoints! Their shawarma is some of the best I've had -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and everything tastes homemade. Special shoutout to Manny, who always goes above and beyond with his friendly service and great recommendations. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick, delicious meal!
Phénoménal ! Always on point and you really get your money's worth ! I took a falafel , my husband and children took steak baguette ! The falafel was exactly like in Israel . The steak was tender and so tasty . I give it 6 stars . ( tourist from Montreal )
I can't say enough good things about Pita Plus in Fort Lauderdale! The food is absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. The falafel and shawarma are out of this world, and the pita bread is always so soft and warm. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. Johnny went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring customers leave happy. If you're in Fort Lauderdale and craving authentic Mediterranean food with top-notch service, Pita Plus is the place to go. Delicious and Kosher!!! They observe Shabbat so closes early on Friday and closed on Saturday. Great Shawarma, Falafel, salads.
Amazing place ! Was in the area and wanted some authentic Israeli food .. Home Run the place is clean and up to date . The quality of the food was amazing , we shared a Chicken schnitzel platter with all the trimmings , what a feast this place is definitely a keeper ... Cant miss the mini special salad buffet it's a must .
So, if you follow my reviews, you would know that I was spending a lot of time in Nevada, specifically, the Las Vegas / Henderson / Summerlin areas... AND?! If you know me by now - if I check in to a place AND I don't review - most of the time, its because I really did not have a great thing to write... With all of the above - OMGosh - I have been craving an authentic shawarma sandwich - well, since I had a not so great one, and I wanted to validate that I actually knew what shawarma was... AND?! Pita Plus - is 100% the real deal ... everything in it... tasted the shawarma separately - everything was just insanely delicious.. I also had probably the best kibbe that I have had in years and years AND the grape leaves - were bar none.. The service there was superb and the atmosphere was large enough that you could have a party if you wanted without feeling it was toooo large. I have not been to this place since well, the old location, and that was many many many moons ago - So happy I got my breakfast, lunch, and dinner here tonight and it was just so excellent - I wanted to sign on and sing their praises...
